     Safe seminars have been created by the owners of American Dojo Karate. Both national karate competitors, each holds a shihan or Masters Rank in Goshin Jutsu Karate and black belts respectively in Aiki Jutsu which is a form of defense using arm, joint and submission locks. With this knowledge, the programs have been developed in the easiest way to comprehend.
