Safe Woman/Safe Girl

American Dojo Karate would like to introduce all women and your girls to the world of KARATE and SELF-DEFENSE!

American Dojo Karate is a women owned Dojo (school). We developed this course to empower women and girls to be street smart and feel safe and secure wherever they are.

• Saturday SAFE GIRLS Seminars are available to you and other groups. This seminar is 2 hours long and held at our facility in center city Scranton, or a place of your choosing that can handle this activity.

   

• Saturday SAFE WOMAN Seminars are available to ALL women - in shape or not. If you can walk up a flight of stairs, you can defend yourself.

   

• LEARN WHAT TO DO IF ATTACKED - and how you can avoid it! One of every three women will be the victim of a violent act in her life. Learn to turn FEAR INTO POWER!
